When creating a new account with Tidepool (identified by a unique email address), all users, including clinicians, must agree to Tidepool's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Tidepool does not use or store Credit Card Numbers, Social Security Numbers, or other personal identifiers as a data element or alternate key to the application's database.
