This stipend is a regular annual amount automatically awarded to all full-time Tidepoolers. It is aimed at supporting productivity and wellness.

The funds are intended to assist with productivity (e.g. desk setup, faster internet, co-working, etc.) and wellness (gym subscription, massages, etc.) expenses only.

Since the stipend is spent at your discretion, any items purchased using the stipend are owned by you, NOT by Tidepool.
