An annual amount awarded to full-time Tidepoolers, to support productivity (e.g. desk setup, faster internet, etc.) and wellness (gym, massages, etc.) expenses.

Continuing Education Reimbursement

Each employee has an annual budget of $2,000 that can be spent towards program fees, tuition, flights, and hotels for industry conferences, classes, books, videos, etc. that they feel will provide valuable learning experiences.

Support to speak at conferences

Tidepool will pay for flights and hotel up to $1,000 dollars when our employees speak at industry conferences. Employees are eligible for this benefit 2 times per year.
