A Clinic Member will be registered by a process initiated by Clinic Administrator to allow them to begin using Tidepool.

Backend ticket covers the invitation and acceptance mechanisms for email sent to clinician user.
After user taps their invitation, the clinican user will be prompted to set a username (required) and password (required) to set up their account. [ ]
System shall enable a clinic administrator to register a clinic care team member
To register a new clinic care team member, the admin will need to enter the following information and assign roles and permissions accordingly.
