Background
With the launch of Tidepool Loop, Tidepool Web will need to provide clinicians a place to manage prescriptions and ongoing retrospective data review for users of Tidepool Loop, as well as users on different devices. To support the existing clinic workflow – including prescriptions, patient list, and clinic team – we need to provide clinics a mechanism to manage prescriber privileges, invitations and access, based on roles within the clinic.
Objectives
We have two distinct objectives for defining roles and permissions for clinic accounts.
Enable clinics that would like to use Tidepool to set up their clinic account, authorize and manage clinician access, and create/edit/remove patient accounts.
Enable the necessary permissions for clinician management of Tidepool Loop prescriptions.
Adoption of new clinic roles - X% of new users
Clinic administrator is able to assign privilege of prescriber.
Tidepool verifies prescriber via data inputed in Prescriber Registration Form
Prescriber is given Prescriber Privileges in Tidepool once verification occurs or clinic admin gives them these privileges within clinic account admin WEB-544
let’s come back to this done criteria.
