Add a metric to KISSmetrics for "network loading time" regarding grabbing the data. Should probably also have it for some of the other high-level steps in processing the data so that we can have metrics about what was actually slow from KISS.

While you are working on the data util, can we add something that allows us to track how fast we are loading data?

Shouldn’t be too hard. Need clarification on what I’m timing. Is it the time fetching the data from the server? Or, the time from when the call to get the data from the server to when we actually render something to screen?
