Improve the email verification screen.
Description
When sitting with SA, we saw him get to the screen that tells him to check his email for verification. Instead of going to his email, he just clicked Login on the top right of the screen. He input his credentials again and got to the same screen advising him to go to his email and verify. He clicked Login again.
Things we can do:
Remove the login button from that screen
Re-sequence the language so "Go to email..." line is first.
Add an image with a very simple slogan with specific messaging

Check production version at app.tidepool.org — login button confirmed to appear in top right, and ultimately redirects back to the same email confirmation screen as described
2. Verify removal of button on QA2
3. Verify new paper plane image appears on page and displays as intended
4. Verify Tidepool logo is clickable and returns to login screen (asking for email verification again if login is attempted)
5. Tidepool web allows successful passage to account setup after email is verified
