iOS Native - Connecting to Health but navigating away from Sync to Health is causing notes to not display on Tidepool for Web

Description

Problem

  • Steps To Reproduce: 1) create a new account 2) set up data storage 3) log on to Tidepool Mobile 4) connect to Health 5) navigate away without syncing historical data to Health 6) Create notes on Tidepool Mobile, they will not display on Tidepool Web 7) Notes created on Tidepool Web disappear after refreshing data so that they show on Tidepool Mobile.

  • The note data is present on the Tidepool Backend, and also is in Tideline. Notes display properly within the Tidepool Mobile app

  • This issue is present in the released iOS build of 2.1.11 on both stg and prod

  • Note: Because we are phasing out the iOS native Tidepool Mobile app, we need to strongly consider ensuring that this issue does not occur in the iOS RN build of Tidepool Mobile since we have not had any users affected by this problem

  • Connecting to Health without syncing historical data does not inhibit Note functionality on Tidepool Web

  • Run Tidepool Mobile test framework, this use case has been added into the tests performed before every build is released.
